Ed Forbes is a Bass Player from Guildford Surrey influenced by Funk/Soul/Rock/Metal/Hip-Hop/ and electro pop.
Ed plays for a variety of artists and a couple of function bands such as Elon Busk and Just can’t get enough.
Ed evolved from playing in metal band, Black Iris for 6 years to pursuing more of a session role as well as a solid function player and he is here with Louisa “Wizzi” Magnussen to discuss the Business of Function Bands.
Mary Grimes is a 22 year old youth worker & radio presenter. Having started out on the Kane FM MindWaves project as a young person, she was then offered a part-time role as a youth worker for the service in addition to a weekly show on the radio station, both of which she still holds now.
These positions helped her to gain her full-time youth worker role at Catch 22’s Music to My Ears project and Mary is here with Louisa “Wizzi” Magnussen to discuss The Business of Youth Work.
