Award winning Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Counsellor and domestic abuse survivor, Emma Davey, launched MyNARA (which stands for My Narcissistic Abuse Recovery App) to provide narcissistic abuse victims with the support and tools she needed when she was subjected to six years of abuse.

MyNARA, which was launched in June 2023 as a web only app, is now available in app stores.

The App has been widely acclaimed for the way it solves many of the struggles victims face, particularly around proving abuse to the authorities and supporting victims in practical ways:
