A year ago Louisa “Wizzi” Magnussen introduced you to musician and DJ Chris Rotherham, who writes and performs with the band Captain Flatcap, on the Business of Being a Modern DJ.
Captain Flatcap is a multi-genre, instrumental Electronic Dance three piece band who have worked with some huge names in the industry, in particular within the electro swing scene.
Since covid shut much of the live music scene down, and with a background in radio production and presenting, Chris has been busy producing his own Live Streams & Podcasts, to support and run alongside his work as a musician.

Karina Dayrit is a certified yoga teacher and level 1 animal flow instructor. She has taught more than 5,000 classes with knowledge in Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Enhanced Hatha, Yoga Therapy, and Yin Yoga.
