Originally from South Africa, Francis West has spent nearly 31 years in the UK delivering IT and cyber security solutions to businesses.

In 1993, Francis launched FWCS, an IT support company providing solutions for the recruitment, estate agents and education sectors and was responsible for redesigning a bespoke database solution to make it a cloud-based recruitment platform available to users in Georgia, Pakistan, Dubai, India, Ireland, France and the UK.

Francis now sits on five Cyber Security Panels and is the Cyber Security National Lead for the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses).
