Nancy Zugschwert (aka Nancy Z) was part of the great resignation during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

She left her job as a communications director at a college in 2021 to do freelance communication work and quickly discovered that you don’t become an entrepreneur just by being self-employed. 

Her initial journey into the business of anything was marked by the stark realization she first had to attend to the business of figuring out who she was and, at age 58, who she wanted to be when she grew up. 

Nancy now helps other women answer these questions through coaching and training services designed to help them flourish.
