Gill Jardine has a background in both education and counselling. Her qualifications include a BA in Psychology, a diploma in integrative counselling/psychotherapy and a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education).

It was whilst studying for her PGCE that Gill became particularly interested in the business of learning. It struck Gill just how much material is put out there by teachers, tutors, lecturers etc. and she found herself wondering how much of this material actually reached the learner and how much might be lost in the process.
